Yet again EK pilots prove ourselves to be a bunch of complete muppets.
Instead of focussing on the fact that the 23rd or 24th is complete BS and needs resolved, everyone starts arguing like a bunch of teenagers.

From my understanding of regs albeit in EASA land there is a subtle difference between "should" and "shall"
Unfortunately if "should" then no case to argue not that anyone will listen.
Either way captive audience or otherwise its pretty crap for a major airline
