Why the **** should WE be the ones to leave, we're not the ones screwing up the company. People complain here hoping it'll force the cretins out into the light; those cretins who are driving this place to low position on the scale of places to work. As a management troll I'm guessing you'd be one of those cretins.

Actually I think it is a fair question but a couple of minutes reading this forum will reveal a multitude of answers without having to ask again.

I get it. Get some office person, who is wandering to Costa, to post drivel.

We already have another poster saying...if you don't like the jewel in the Crown airline leave.....seems that the trolls are getting worse.

For the rest of you, have a great Christmas. I'm doing my first one at home for 15 years, and it's very nice.

Fly safe guys, don't let them run you into the ground. Your health and life is not worth it.

To all of you, have a great New Year.

@SOPS have a merry christmas and a happy new year

@ClassCbird if you guys really want to leave. MC is always an option if you dont get the off. When there is a will, there is a way

@GoreTex maybe soon i will but i will not complaint in pprune about the company.

Flying pilot, I did leave, I grew tired of the continual lies, the constant denigration of flight crew and borderline sociopathic behaviour of fleet, flight ops and commercial management, all washed down with a dose of 20/20 hindsight and punitive mindset, which is used to justify incompetence and idiotic knee-jerk policy decisions taken by individuals whom in the real world wouldn't be put in charge of a lemonade stand.
All that coupled with having to be constantly aware that any issue no matter how trivial or minor can escalate and cause life changing events with respect to your career, your family and potentially your health.
Other than that, it's all sweetness and light, so nothing to complain about habibi.

@falconeasydriver i guess u made a good choice. I totally agree with everything you said. my question was, no company in this world are perfect. Everyone has their own problem but why only EK pilots seems to react like they are working with the worst company in the world.

Flyingpilot, the point of this is not that crew want EK to be perfect, that's unrealistic, but it's the little things that make a huge difference and those little things along with some quite big things are constantly being eroded, removed or worse in the never ending quest by a select few to feather their own nests. Along the path of this quest people who are invested at EK with respect to not just a job, but with their families and their immediate future feel betrayed. These employees feel marginalised and devalued as they have been lied too so often that the only way many of them have any recourse is to put accurate and pertinent information out there via various means to warn the next generation of victims of the fate that potentially awaits them.
EK pilots as a group are not a miserable negative bunch, their attitude is merely reflective of the quality of management they have to endure.
If you are unable to identify this common thread amongst all the accurate info posted on here, then you are either a fool or a management troll, either way EK are doing their best to alienate their greatest asset, their staff.

if only all the unhappy pilots approached the management together and tell them whats wrong and make efforts to solve it out.
Hmmm the quickest way to get fired thanks to the toxic management mindset at EK and its inability to accept critical feedback due to cultural and competence issues.

@aiza i think they only dare to talk using anonymous nicknames rather than talk to the necessary people straight.

@falconeasydriver maybe i'm a fool, but these forum are not even making any impact for the "NEXT GEN". If im not mistaken, EK is having interview twice a week and average of 20 people during one session. So who is the fool here, the "NEXT GEN" or the people whining like a girl in this pprune. (no offense guys)

Then join and enjoy Flyingpilot, you sound like the perfect candidate.
Based on your responses I'm guessing you are likely not from a first world country, in which case EK probably seems like heaven, many however currently at EK are from first world countries and they have higher expectations of the people they work for.
Goodluck.

Aida, what you are referring to is commonly known as a union and they are illegal here. Which is one reason the management remain completely unresponsive to helpful suggestions. They know there is nothing we can do except leave so why try to change things?

@falconeasydriver you are right, maybe i'm not from first world country but most of the new recruits for EK are from first world countries. not sure if they change themselves to 2nd/3rd world country people or the company improved to 1st world.

@natops i dont want to waste my time coz as @falconeasydriver said, maybe EK prefer 1st world country guys who only good at complaining in the virtual world rather than real one and still stay with the same company

Do you really believe that would solve they issues? According to my experience I doubt this. But like a wise man said "I have a dream......"
