A recent development as of yesterday: Air China Cargo have increased their Salary by 2000 USD per month to an average (including housing, travel allowance and year end bonus) of 20,200 USD. This salary is payable however much you fly up to 78 hours i.e. fly 0 hours or 78 you receive the same. Above 78 hours they pay overtime. This is for 777 Captains based in Shanghai.
