Please bid for more in April, although we probably won't be able to allocate much, if any. Not sure why we're putting this out, it won't change anything except maybe slowing the flood of abusive e-mails we're getting."
Here's a novel idea, EK:
How about employing enough pilots to do the required flying??
I know it costs more than being short and messing with people's rosters and leave, but that's how it's meant to work!
And don't give us that "can't keep up with the training load" BS. You practically stopped training the last 2 years and now you're crying short and expecting us to put our life on hold to cover your stuff ups.
Maybe dip into that billion $$ dividend the Dubai government is expecting??
