Here's a novel idea, EK:

How about employing enough pilots to do the required flying??
I know it costs more than being short and messing with people's rosters and leave, but that's how it's meant to work!
And don't give us that "can't keep up with the training load" BS. You practically stopped training the last 2 years and now you're crying short and expecting us to put our life on hold to cover your stuff ups.

Maybe dip into that billion $$ dividend the Dubai government is expecting??
