EK Staff Travel Question

Hello,

I have a child who is currently less than 2. I want to book an annual leave ticket for travel after the child turns 2. Will staff travel issue a ticket with a seat or will it still only give a ticket for travel on a lap.
I have heard different view points so thought I would ask here for more clarification.

I think there is a notes/request box at the bottom of the page when you do your ticket request. Try putting a note in there about the age and seat requirement.
Edited to add that you may want to request seats together as well in there!
Alternatively, email staff travel.

Have just done exactly this, it issues the ticket with a seat, Did it online with no need to contact anyone.
