Hey Muchacho,
Only recent developments which may suit (with the exception of oilfield supply flights in KSA for Aramco) is the supposed re-start of flying boat taxi services from Dubai Creek to Abu Dhabi, and similar light aircraft shuttles between the internatioanl airports at both cities.
Can't help with the names of any operators, I'm afraid, but sugest you may start by looking at the archives from the Dubai Press Online, where updates will be available on the start dates of these flights.
