Hi,

latest upgrades have been 2+ years with the airline but they changed the rules:
now on top of 4000 TT they want you to have 1000 hrs wide body
So for new joiners FO it is 2 years on 737, 2 years on A330 then command on 737.
lots of sectors and night flights.
Great country to live in, nice and friendly people.

Good luck

No official openings on their website. Do we have to go through agency?

Slightly sidetracking. What about Embraer f/o to captain upgrade? Do you have to change fleet as well before upgrading?
