Basic Salary: *TL18029 gross per month
*Note: Salary of TL18029 is inclusive of a seniority allowance. Depending on your educational qualification this seniority allowance will vary as follows:
Bachelor Degree Qualification = TL1147 allowance, therefore monthly salary = TL16882 if you do not have a Bachelor Degree qualification this allowance will not be included each month)
The basic salary above is the gross amount payable by THY to the Pilots. Turkish taxes will be payable on this salary which are approx 5% per year.
In the months of March/June/September/December each year a bonus of TL8862 will be paid by THY

Turkish Airlines will provide accommodation for the first 15 days on commencing assignment.
Roster Pattern
Turkish Airlines will schedule pilots on a roster pattern of 5 days ON duty, 2 days OFF duty, 6 days ON duty, 1 day OFF duty in accordance with the airline’s regulations.
Turkish Airlines will provide the pilot with a standard health plan in accordance with local company policy and procedures.
Loss of Licence insurance will also be provided by Turkish Airlines in accordance with the local company policy and procedures.
Notice Period
Pilots will be required to provide 3 months notice for termination of assignment.

It would be a great deal, if only the Turkish Lira wasn't equivalent to goat droppings, and the roster pattern wasn't so crap, and there was more annual leave. Also, have been advised only Istanbul bases, so no beach huts for anybody.

But apart from that, all good.
