Anyone who has a contact or recommendations for an agent for Turkish airlines. Appreciate the information. Thanks

I went to the interview. 6 Emirates pilots were there with 4 already in class that I saw.
I hope THY is better than EK

Start Date
Immediate start dates will be available (subject to assessment)
Base of Operations
Istanbul, Turkey (and other bases within Turkey as advised by THY)
Duration of Contract
THY offer candidates permanent contracts
Salary Details - A320 Line Captains
THY will pay pilots directly each month the following basic salary benefits:
Basic Salary: *TL18029 gross per month
*Note: Salary of TL18029 is inclusive of a seniority allowance. Depending on your educational qualification this seniority allowance will vary as follows:
Bachelor Degree Qualification = TL1147 allowance, therefore monthly salary = TL16882 if you do not have a Bachelor Degree qualification this allowance will not be included each month)
The basic salary above is the gross amount payable by THY to the Pilots. Turkish taxes will be payable on this salary which are approx 5% per year.
Bonus
In the months of March/June/September/December each year a bonus of TL8862 will be paid by THY
Per Diems
A travel allowance of TL33 per day will be applicable within Turkey and TL50 for Turkish Northern Republic of Cyprus.
Travel allowances for other destinations may vary and will be advised by Turkish Airlines.
Overtime
If the pilot flies in excess of 70 block hours in a given month, they shall be entitled to receive an additional overtime payment of TL178.14 per hour.
An additional special hourly rate shall be applicable if the pilot flies on Turkish religious and national holidays or on Sundays.
Travel Benefits
Access to reduced rate tickets for the pilot and his family members as per Turkish Airlines local policies and procedures.
Holiday & Leave Entitlement
Pilots will be entitled to 20 days annual leave for the first year of service increasing to 26 days annual leave from 5 years of service.
Accommodation
Turkish Airlines will provide accommodation for the first 15 days on commencing assignment.

Roster Pattern
Turkish Airlines will schedule pilots on a roster pattern of 5 days ON duty, 2 days OFF duty, 6 days ON duty, 1 day OFF duty in accordance with the airline’s regulations.
Insurance
Turkish Airlines will provide the pilot with a standard health plan in accordance with local company policy and procedures.
Loss of Licence insurance will also be provided by Turkish Airlines in accordance with the local company policy and procedures.
Notice Period
Pilots will be required to provide 3 months notice for termination of assignment.



It would be a great deal, if only the Turkish Lira wasn't equivalent to goat droppings, and the roster pattern wasn't so crap, and there was more annual leave. Also, have been advised only Istanbul bases, so no beach huts for anybody.


But apart from that, all good.

How about the longhaul conditions? I hear the differ from A320
