Gents,
Ignore the doom merchants and the happy clappys!
Just make sure you get answers to any questions you have and try to see everything as it really is, not through rose coloured spectacles. Very difficult in the limited time you have.

Its a four-day proccess..if ure currently and actively working that means u need at least 6 days away from ur current job..so if ure of any asian descendants, dont bother coming..
