EK shortlist pool

Hi all,

I'm going for a First Officer position with EK and got an email today saying that my app had been placed on the shortlist. What does that mean exactly? Is that a good thing? Do i keep my hopes up?? If there's a chance for an interview any idea on the time frame?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Shortlist mean you are under 170 cm. If you were over 170 cm you would be on the tall list..
