EK guys: Windows 8.1 and company software

I just sourced a new Macbook Pro. I'd like to install Windows 8.1 on Parallels but not sure if all the company required programs will run smoothly. In particular, the 380 software.

Any help appreciated.

I would use Win 7 and dont update IE beyond IE 7 (dont know about the a380 software though)

@ima birdbrain, which application do you use for downloading torrent files? My Mac is still brand new so don't have all the required programs installed.

Transmission is good software for the actual downloading, then search websites for the torrents. If you need help with those PM me.
