EK - Logbooks

I was just wondering if EK would accept Digital Logbooks (like LogTen Pro) or only old fashion paper ones?! or it doesn't matter as long as they are stamped or recognise by the DGCA of the origin country??

Thanks for the replies

Have your digital logbook printed, binded and stamped. They accepted mine like that not on a pc or a tablet, etc

An extract off one of the emails sent by a friend who's gotten thru...

All original logbooks (stamped and certified by either your regulatory authority or employer) and original licences (and photocopies) must be brought to Dubai for inspection as part of the selection programme.

Failure to supply logbooks will jeopardize your continued participation in the programme. You must be able to present original logbooks for all hours stated on your application.

Hours without logbook evidence will be discounted. Electronic logbooks can be accepted, provided they are stamped and certified by your employer or a regulatory authority.

Every one, a really nice guy on my application group was unceremoniously ejected when he left his first logbook at home.

A fellow on my intake was 'dumped' when he turned up with only his current logbook.

If you've lost one get a certified copy of your hours from flying school/other airline etc.....

get your previous employer to certify the hours they should have record and get it confirmed by your CAA...you must have applied to unfreeze your CPL at some stage of your career.
