Recommendation sought on school for PPL in the Gulf

Hi there

My wife is thinking of training for a private pilots licence and then maybe more.

I can see there are varuious schools in the UAE etc. Have you had experience of any of them? Or are you aware of reputaitons good/not so?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Unable to answer your specific question, but looking at your location, I assume you realise there is no GA permitted in Bahrain?

PPL yeah no problem

You can get a PPL from Doha at the qatar aeronautical college. You can google search and I'm sure you'll find some phone numbers or emails. 100% that place can get you a PPL. Good Luck to your wife. Safe Flying.

I would HIGHLY recommend the PPL be undertaken during annual leave in Oz, USA or somewhere else at the fraction of cost in this area..if at all possible
