Well, we've seen it in Latin America, Europe, and the USA. But looks like it is starting to be on some peoples' mind in the GCC too.

Gulf / Co-operate ??? It'll never happen. The GCC has so far failed to achieve monetary union, customs union, miltary hardware compatability, the list goes on......
As someone once said of the very 1st GGC Conference - "if you put a clock in the middle of the conference table, they wouldn't agree the time."
