3 years ago i went to a jobday of qatar airways in brussels. Then you had 42 days of leave and all the rest of the year you were on standby. Salary was by then 10.000usd a month. Thats all i remember. If you want to have life quality, i would not consider to do it.

Different roster patterns depending on fleet. Internal promotions are the fav route rn
