Management Jobs at Etihad - Salary Benefits etc.

I just wanted to start a thread about this topic here as I am unable to find any information about management / corporate jobs at Etihad anywhere on the net. I was thinking of applying at Etihad and would be interested to know the working conditions, salary ranges for managers and senior manager, directors etc. and the benefits they receive UAE. If anyone has any information that they can share with me before I make a serious mistake, it would be greatly appreciated.
