This is starting to become farcical. Etihad now has a VP of Guest Experience!!!!

I guess Crew control never got the memo from SG, they are so short of crew that they had to send 2 senior instructors away on a 5 day trip, one acting as fo. That's good use of your resources.

Have another read of the e-mail Cayenne. Not a new VP (this time), the Product and Service Dept has been re-christened as "Guest Experience". So VP of former has similarly been re-christened.
What baffles me is why the C.E.O would think this was "exciting changes".
