Habibi, suggest its got nothing to do with you. If the terms of the LIPS policy are met, he gets the $$$. LIPS payouts, are not made if you are going to die, they are made if you lose your GCAA medical. If you don't like it, leave the scheme, or pick up the phone and talk to LIPS about it, don't use this place to snipe at them.

But perhaps you won't.

Thrash

Departing EPI principal is receiving 25 000 dhs a month LIPS. We are paying for this. He is not going to die but has non-threatening ailment that GCAA decided they wont give medical for him to continue as pilot.
Should we continue paying him 25 000 dhs on top of his Australian salary?

I say NO
Can you explain why you say 'NO'? On what grounds? What reasons?

You all are right and I was wrong.
This is also not the correct place to discuss it.
I apologise.
