Hi Stallone.

She checked her crew on aims and it showed 2-CP and 1-FO. The flight left with 3-CP and 1-FO. The 3rd captain(TRI) was called from standby to operate as FO. Now then need to fill his flight to BEJ tomorrow.

If you like to verify this, you can go to aims, and check through flight information. Easy as 1,2,3

Chaps - don't worry your not on your own this is a regular occurence at my gaff and quiet a few other airlines. Can anyone go to CVG tomorrow night £500 a day. With respect the problem is you Nigels keep taking the wonga. Particularly if your on min days off as you get the £ then days off in lieu to keep it legal

it should not be less 2000aed/day!!
I thought I would ask 3000 AED and 2 extra days off. but 2000 Aed is not that bad either.

Been here over three years and never had overtime once. Always have been worked hard on the alternate months when it doesn't apply...... funny that.

Apparently TRI/TRE called out for F/O duties are only being paid an F/O 45 AED per hour flight pay rate.

Any truth to this?

you can NEVER get all crew to boycott Day Off Flying , there is always a dickwad somewhere who will dig management out of a hole.

RDW ( Rest Day Working - as it was called in Big Airways ) only really works when you give crew more than the statutory days off per 28 days , and the money is good .

Single Pilots

Targeting only single pilots when hiring was a disaster waiting to happen. When the going gets tough, guess what? They just 'jump ship'. Trying to save money just backfired (No school allowance, family annual leave tickets, family insurance, larger accommodation etc)
Generally, a family means that you are pretty well 'anchored', not having one = free as a bird.
RUN FOs RUN!!!!
LOL!
Being on vacation is devine and I am keeping mine.
They will never learn

Maybe they should start hiring low houred pilots, there are plenty of pilots out there willing to work and many without a wife, girlfriend and kids.
