How to reduce fatigue the Emirates way... Pilots are now only allowed to show as 2 days fatigue by the doctors then it is sick leave = less fatigue stats.

Emirates realises now that factoring is infact illegal!! How to cope with the new requirement of lack of pilots...... Keep quiet about it and call all pilots with leave in November and December to ask them to give up their leave and then take it NOT as peak leave next year in a PEAK leave period. That way it screws the other pilots for peak leave next year and as ever the incompetence from above doesn't own up to or care about screwing over the work force who are slowly starting to leave under such crazy pressures.

No one came here to be treated with the same respect that they treat the road workers here, pilots are professionals.

The time is nigh for them to suffer, their cause for greed and report record profits at the health of the workforce will soon slowdown as many here are just waiting desperately for the right reason to move on.

Shame shame and shame on them all near the top, slavery is blatently their care for the workforce ethic!

Pilot Fatigue

Check out this link, and see what will hopefully be the start of some needed change to FTL's around the world. We know EK and others simply "annex" and use other means to suit themselves, but if they want to continue world expansion, they should start paying attention. The current workload and FTL's are unacceptable.
