There are two main festivals in the Muslim calender. One at the end of Ramadan called Eid Al Fitr (The Feast of the Opening) and one at the end of Haj (The Pilgimage) called Eid Al Adhaa (The Feast of the Sacrifice)

A bit like Christmas for Muslims. My Muslim friends tell me it is a time to forgive perceived insults and visit family and friends and to be generous.
