Sharjah 707 crash revisited
I saw a side bar in a local rag that stated that there was no evidence from the FDR CVR, as they were not operational, thus there can be no proven cause for this accident.
Unless i am confused, is it not possible to even perhaps report that an engien fell off, or a cowl fell off, thay might have contributeds to the accident.
or was it just an act of God.
There however was a statement made by the GCAA that the accident was not caused by the airport, airport authority or ATC.
Another ME accident cleared from the books.

After having watched the vid 99 times:
He lost #3, or #4, or both for whatever reason. He initially stomped on the wrong pedal hard and after realising his mistake wasn't able to raise that wing again with everything hard over. I believe the rudder was working all right, because during the final seconds there was quite some slip to port.
