B777 300ER if you read both my posts I clearly state that it is Turkish. I called one of the agencies involved. I researched my facts before posting. I also state that there are two agencies representing this company.
Would suggest you follow the guildelines I offer you below:
Read... reread..... read again...then reread again.... then make a comment.......
Its TURKISH..... they pay 8500 euro..... you need 1500PIC on B777.... 11000 TT......

Its 8500 Euro, but if you add the bonus and all the other staff
you end up with over 10000 Euros.
And it is 3 weeks on 1 week Off plus leave.Commuting is paid.
Only thing which I dont like is the one year contract, but it is
a chance to get out of the hell.

There is no other stuff! No bonuses, no nothing. I have the contract here in front of me. Its a useless contract and Turkish must be out of their minds if they think they will attract anyone who is currently employed with this pile of garbage.
As an added bonus; your flight to and from home is only valid within Europe and even that is neither confirmed seat let alone Business Class. If you fly under the monthly schedule awarded to you then your pay will be deducted for the amount of flying you did not do.
You get one free DOMESTIC pass after one years service then one INTERNATIONAL pass valid only within EUROPE and the MIDDLE EAST
You will be REQUIRED to pay 5% Turkish tax
Any travel benefit offered by Turkish can only be gained after one year of service. With a one year contract being offered to pilots it doesnt take a genius to figure out that the Turks are lowballing prospective pilots here....
I have worked many contracts before and this by far is the worst I have seen from an established carrier. If they wanted to make it worthwhile they should start by paying at least 9500 Euro, a confirmed Business Class to and from home and a three year contract.
A job worth considering for the unemployed or for those already employed who are facing a firing squad!!!

As per above, deduction made from salary if less than 70 hours flown per month and no guarantee of any minimum hours so as the locals get trained up you could end up flying low hours with no protection as to how low your salary can go.
Wishy-washy tax clause.
Bonuses specified but already included in the stated salary.
Poor travel provisions...in economy class.
Rubbish leave; 18 days after 1 year service and the kicker.....1 year contract with no right of renewal.
Having said all that it is a possible way out and if your home town is only a couple of hours flying away it could be a start of a new phase of life.
Use the year to look for something else and leave earlier than the year if need be.

On the 737 contract Wynnwith were offering there was a penalty of $7500 or something if you didn't complete the contract.
Still, I guess once the salary hits the bank. . . .
All in all, not very exciting for a national carrier but they don't want to see the evidence.
An ad, sometimes 2 , a day on flightglobal.com, now a 2nd agency, but still they can't see why the calibre of guys they want ain't flocking to their door

I spoke to Wynnwith they are recruiting for the positions at the moment. The other agency is an "expression of interest" only I understand. But the contract is quite good accomodation provided or housing allowance. 3 weeks on 1 week off with flights home provided.

Talked to an agency this morning:
-17551TL (bonus included...humm they is something ugly behind that...) = 42.000AED for 70 hours, 380 AED/hour if above
-5% withheld for taxes and social security.
-2290 TL=5500 AED on top of the above for TRI/TRE
-100.000 US insurance
-Approx 100AED perdiem
That's for the good part..
the ugly is:
-One year contract renewable with Turkish, not an agency
-One economy ticket every 3 weeks to go back home.
-No holidays at all the first year, 18 the second.....you are kidding right????
-7500 USD bond....guys we are qualified so what's the reason??
-3 weeks on, 1 week OFF, alright i got it, what is one week for you, 5 or 7 days?
-No Pension plan
-No bonus, but that's the same in EK, right???
-Turkish supply Hotel acco and transportation so you have to live in an HOTEL, right..... (IF not you get 4500AED/month to rent something)

Errr...it is actually. It's not in the E.U, which is a political grouping, but it is on the European continent.

If you want to improve your lot at THY tell the agency representing the airline that you are not interested unless some of the contract is ammended. If you read the contract you are NOT guranteed a seat anywhere at any time. You WILL be deducted pay if you do not fly the hours on your roster. You WILL in all probability be out of work in twelve months. With a 1000 EURO for housing in Istanbul you could probably rent a "rolled up newspaper in the corner of septic tank" for housing.
The contract is rubbish and if you accept it now and go to work for THY, do not cry and moan to this website that there are pilots at THY working the same DEC positions that have better deals than you. These type of contracts can be negotiated by the pilots. The problem is that pilots jump on the shiney plane and the prospect of employment without reading the fine print and more importantly,without knowing OUR own value to the company. Remember you have a skill that is in demand and they want to pay you as little as possible for that skill....

Sent them a resume last week and the phone rang 90 seconds later!!! The girl was calling from the UK and when I heard the terms told her I wasn't interested. She asked if any of my friends were looking to leave and I told her ALL of them......but NOT for a PAY CUT!

What's the deal? Are Turkish pilots so terrible that they can't transition to the 777 fleet from the 737-800 or Airbus fleets? Really? Are there no 777 training slots available and they need typed pilots right now? If I were a Turkish 737-800 Captain I would be offended that those 777 PIC slots were being outsourced and not available to me...
Good for those non-Turkish pilots who get the jobs. I just think it would be a slap to the face of existing Turkish pilots who could make the transition to the 777...

12 months is their probation. If everything is warm and fuzzy after that and you haven't pissed off management and the union hasn't demanded your termination you will get a renewal to age 63 maybe. They are interviewing a lot of pilots. If they are not employed at time of interview usually not a good situation. So far English skills are the deal breaker. They think and I agree when you get to a real emergency they don't want you to go back to your first language if it is not English and not be able to talk to your Turkish crew member. Sounds OK to me. To me the pay is short. Supply and demand and quality should up the anti. If not parked airplanes and no pilots.
Do be too optimistic
