Middle East Airlines MEA A330 Ground Collision with 747
TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, A Lebanese A330 brand New Airliner for MEA( Middle East Airlines) Flight 574 inbound from Kano, Nigeria to Beirut, Lebanon on Wed 13 Jan 2010 supposed to arrive Beirut at 5:40 Pm but was grounded in Kano, Nigeria. The Brand New A330 was on Taxi when its Left wing Hit the Boeing`s 747 Tail at the Apu Resulting to Serious Damage to Both Aircrafts. Till today, the Aircraft is still grounded in Kano, Nigeria.
MEA Beleive they Have the Best Pilots, More Cases are Hidden. But I fear the Worst with the New Trained cadets by MEA with 200 hours and with Zero Jet Experience.
I beleive the Cadets will learn well from the Captains

Im sorry universal-pilot, but I have to disagree with you there... I have had the pleasure of flying with some MEA pilots and they were true gentlemen, in terms of conduct and standards...
Also laughing at other colleagues mistakes shows us your class...

Universal-pilot's first post on PPRUNE shows that he does not know much about aviation, and his only purpose was to destroy MEA's well established Cadet Pilot Scheme Program. MEA (or any other airline) might not have the Best Pilots but it does have a very good Safety record.
As for the Pilot Cadet Scheme this is the way it has been done in MEA and most major European and Asian airlines for a long time.

U.P. you just showed your true colours. I dont suppose you are a pilot, cause under no circumstances should we criticise other pilots for their unfortunate mishaps.

The Truth Hurts
Why is it that when anyone or anybody speaks the truth about MEA, Their Pilots get Pissed off.
Listen The Truth is the Truth for All you MEA Pilots because when someone speaks out anything about MEA, They get Offended. Well All I said was the Truth and the Truth is already out there and Your Brand New A330 is Still in Africa. And for those who are using bad langauge and Insults, that show what kind of Pilots You are.
I can See your anger Mea Pilots, becuase most of you are Bonded for 10 years
and earning 2600$ (AS STATED ON MEA WEBSITE) The Truth is on Your WEBSITE.
