Universal-pilot's first post on PPRUNE shows that he does not know much about aviation, and his only purpose was to destroy MEA's well established Cadet Pilot Scheme Program. MEA (or any other airline) might not have the Best Pilots but it does have a very good Safety record.
As for the Pilot Cadet Scheme this is the way it has been done in MEA and most major European and Asian airlines for a long time.
