Ive got a better idea, how about all those johnny come lately (attempts at) management types leave, and let us workers who helped make the company have a decent existence.

In the past 20 months there has been no salary increase. By the next review it will be 24 months. Over those 2 years inflation was 12.8 and an expected 4.5% respectively.

This is a particularly bad period for inflation to outweigh salary increases but one gets the point.
Not really. You appear to be comparing salary to UAE inflation and in particular Dubai inflation. That's reasonable - if you spend all your salary here.

I thought most of us came here to earn money and send it home, spending the minimum here. If you came with two or three kids planning to live on an FO's salary, especially lately, well sorry but maybe that's bad planning.

Most people I know send most of their cash home. For me, home hasn't had anywhere near the inflation you refer to. Yes the exchange rate has fluctuated - in both directions. I joined on the published rates and in the meantime there have been pay-rises exceeding what people at home got.

While local inflation changes my spending requirements here, proportionally I still spend very little in Dubai and send the majority of it home.

I agree with the sentiment of the rest of your post though. And while exchange rates are not EK's fault, they are certainly EK's problem when resignations increase partly as a result of it. In my opinion, that will be a larger factor this year. It'll be good to watch the squirming.
