QR terminations "as per higher management"
It started again
CEO has decided to demonstrate his power again .
Capt. 13 y in airline terminated ( asked to resign) due to bottle of Evian. Dubai tow truck incident Capt and his F/O terminated not based on incident it self but based on download of CVR where they talked against CEO before (remember there was A340 big damage done but no termination)
Capt A320 send for SIM ride with CEO s gunman who fail him. By the end told he is not wanted by CEO for personal reasons in QR and better resign.( the guy has excellent SIM and flight record).
Capt A330 terminated for GPWS in KTM ( remember there was GPWS in Damascus few years a go and a Capt has been promoted to TRE )
A330 fleet CP has more crew suspended in a month then crew cleared for KTM
He is really good employe of CEO i am sure he will get promoted .
The whole Tech building is talking about it and everyone know who is behind all this.
Lets see what is next or who is next one.

terminations
Evian water is so dangerous ? Can get sacked for that ?
Who is CEO s gunman ? We need to know who is shame of pilot community !
Terminated over push back incident based in CVR ? against all rules of ICAO
I see QR is slowly getting into danger zone.
Well done i am sure owner will notice it after first serious incident that someone was building a personal cult instead of safe airline .
We do not have to mention law and people rights .

No written rules about this wonderful water (Evian). It's just verbal instruction from our CEO to cabin crew in one of his meeting not to give "Cheap Drivers" Evian "Give them Rayan"
As you can see, our cabin crew, loaders, bus drivers or even cleaner drink Evian, but it's not allow for pilots.
Once upon a time I was given Evian by a very nice R1, 5 min. later after walking back to meet the rest of the crew I saw very faithful CS took our Evian and change it to Rayan. She said nothing to us at all.

Termination for Evian
True i spoken to few people yea a senior Capt was asked to resign for bottle of Evian as if he is terminated he will not get 13 y end of service pay.
So sad to see a person who has Napoleon syndrome leading a 5 * airline .
He has reporters,he has auditors , UK investigators ,own instructors for dirty work , he has power over police and immigration. But 1 thing he do not have its a moral and dignity .

Could someone here give us the whole stories please?
I know there is more to certain stories than what has been written here.
The EVIAN thing for example seems to be a bit more elaborated than what we are being made to believe here.
Who has all the INTEL?

Power of the CEO
Loc22550..Who are you kidding the little man does have the power, the power to put fear into all his staff to get his own way. There are too many spy’s who has his direct number, they will hang anybody just to be in his good books.
The last western recruitment consultant has now given her notice in could not take the pressure of the spying and the back stabbing I hear, just you all watch out for the Moroccan girl in recruitment, I would like to know what she does for the chief to get her own way all the time!

Last Oct there were 4 westerners in the recruitment department, one upset the Moroccan (he knew about recruitment but did not know about the unwritten rules) who works on flight deck recruitment, he got chopped in Dec 08, his replacement an Indian did not last long he got chopped thanks to the Moroccan within a couple of weeks (again an experienced recruiter from aviation). The second westerner got chopped in Jan 09.
Then there were two, the male one jumped a couple of months ago now back in the UK, the last one is leaving in Dec 09.
The frog Mr Useless took over from the Ausie, she stuck it out as long as she could but could take no more even he is scared of the Moroccan, so just be careful what you say and to whom, you never know who is watching and listening.

You F/D crew also get fixed on check flights or simulator ?
I know in CC department we have it for years when they want to get rid of someone just give him a bad check and few reports and he is gone but i didnt know it works in F/D department as well .
He he every single flight i do this days all cockpit crew talking about Evian guy and about young Capt on 320. I guess now it went too much for you .
Now you see how is it to us in CC department for years .

Termination
These problems come up because of you Pilots being very weak and not protecting each other.Speak the same language,Do like Jet Airways Pilots and this Indian Qatar CEO will come to his senses.Stop flying in your days off or on discretion.Fly low and fast,do full procedure at destination and on landing use full reverse.

???
Reality check. People might not actually like the sandpit, but when they are being paid 5 times more to sit in the right seat than what they were being paid to sit in the left seat at home, do you wonder why they are fat dumb and happy?? The pay in this Company is good if you come from Madagascar for instance. If you are '1st' world, maybe not so good. Anybody hear about 30 resignations last month, or is that another rumour????

Makes interesting reading.
Not written by the pilots on the line, I'm thinking?
