We all know what is going one in flight/ops and who is doing what for who.
K.C a head of TRTO did a nice class but he can not control upper management odering TRE what to do on SIM lpc/opc.
Scardinian low moral TRE is doing all dirty work and no one is there to stop him but all TRE are in same team with him and majority are shame to be there .
Well to go K.C and A.Q just support S.D that is all about keep my position policy .

While K.C doing class for TRE there was a Qatari TRE on class telling how he did not want to be on class that day but he refused to fail a Capt ordered from CEO and then they change his roster send S.D to do dirty work and he was send for class .
At night there is a group of TRE at shisha in Salva road place and Qatari TRE tells them again " i was asked to fail Capt on LPC and i refused".
What is use of all this TRTO class and all CRM and wll JAR/OPS things when CEO can send S.D to fail who he wants ?
Lets have some EVIAN now !
Hard landing A300 crew terminated and can not leave Doha as pilot has a loan ther he go sending his family to sell house at home otherwise he is in jail;
A330 DXB incident CVR downloaded and crew terminated for talking against CEO. ( f/o can not leave Qatar and CEO took his ID )
Evian water issue Capt 13 y in service terminated

If there is a legal system in Qatar this small little man would not see the light of the day he would be locked deep into jail where only him and oryx would stay together ( male oryx ) .
He is just a powerful small man who is so occupied with his own complex of being small and bold and unattractive that he need to show power in order to get some attention from a crowd .
A. Hitler has similar personality also small and bold and full of complex he also needed to show world who is the boss but we all know how he end up.
Things he do to people and worse they are his employ is so bad that a normal person would not do to his enemy.

Oooh you have no idea... Inspite of being Indian (we are supposed to be good at working under deplorable conditions) and not being financially sound, I ended up telling the management to stick it where the sun doesnt shine!
If you dont know how to kiss ass and dont have a "mentor", you will be screwed for just being good at your work.. (lot of "chair protecting" managers, who get threatened easily)
I know it doesnt make sense, but honestly IMHO all these posts are like water over a ducks back for prospective employees, until they come here & see it for themselves...
The flight crew have it worse - the usual + cabin crew!

I guess it all depends on perspective. I have a few friends over there and the assesment they give me is not even remotely close to what I hear on this forum.
If my goal is to just be a "line pilot", not a manager or anything else, how would I be a threat to a manager. Show up to work, do my job well, collect a paycheck, and go home. If you are not trying to rock the boat or climb the corporate ladder what is the threat?

Well thats what i thought too.. in fact for almost 2 yrs I was happily oblivious.
Then again as I said earlier, unless you go through it, its very hard to believe.. I know coz I waltzed in thinking the same too.. BTW I'm ex flt ops not a pilot, but know of many cases involving crew which may sound absolutely fictitious..
QR has great resources and so much going for it, & so for the sake of the good people there I hope things improve !!

What happened to A320 Capt from Brazil ?
Warning letter for ofloading a C/S which has an attitude problem.
Will he be terminated as well ? This days you get a w/letter and next you are doing clereance on 3 th floor at resignation/terminaton department
Small man act again !

See you have to have some understanding for a poor Italian .
He has an mentor and he is Scottish JAR expert .
Scottish mentor is so smart he never go and report people he send Italian to do it ( remember when S.D reported 2 Algerian Capt during his PAXing in jump seat to DXB ) he was told by Scottish man to do it . After S.D was removed from CT A320 he went to complain to CEO also instructed by Scottish guy.
Now you understand why TRTO will not do anything about S.D head cutting LPCs .
In the same time Italian was having partnership in DXB in security business company but he was kicked out when they discovered his low moral side .
And just before that his wife left him alone in Doha and went home with small baby as he could not keep his zippy closed.
While he is trying to impress people on LPC/OPC by trowing Mercedes key on briefing table most of his TRE friends are making fun of him .

Imagine all the poor pilots who are scheduled to do their LPC/OPC with "il Duce" mussolini now.. as everybody knowns the story of CPT "Z"...
Would be a good practice to recommand anybody who is scheduled to do a sim check with him(S.D) to ask for another instructor...,IMHO there is no reason at all to give any credit or support to those guys who act like that inside an airline!
