UAE GCAA regulations
As one who has flown under U.S. FAA rules for most of his career, I was surprised to find that it costs more than $300 US just to have a copy of the flight regulations in the UAE. If one goes to the FAA web site, all regulations are available for free. Why would the UAE charge so much just to see the regulations under which we are supposed to be operating? Does anyone have a copy of the regulations they may be able to share? Much appreciated if so. Thanks.
