Complaint to Emirates

Having just had a yelling match with some numpty at Skywards Gold I feel the buring need to send off a sh*t-o-gram to Emirates. Can any provide me with a name of someone who might actually respond.

Don't need Tim Clarke (yet) but head of Customer Service (if there is such a thing) or even head of Skywards.

Many thanks,

HMHB

you can complain , or you could make the ultimate statement and choose another carrier. ( as so many others are doing in the face of arrogance)

Thanks Guys.

Fourgolds: we have, we're going Etihad. I just want the satisfaction of telling them.

Goretex; thanks. I'll try but like you don't expect anything sensible.

@halfmanhalfbeer

I bear with you, I don't know how long you been in M.E. (if you are an expat here) or if you are only trvaelling with EK, but I doubt it, if you will ever get anywhere!

If you had a video-phone, all you might get is, someone wobbling his/her head & replying no problem - not getting!!

I'm sure you'll agree it's all a joke!

Ratpoison, please, we may "own" Emirates, but we are definitely NOT them. Certainly more cultured and refined than our 500 lb gorilla competitor up the road.

...and the Business Class Lounge. It's about as 'exclusive' as Makkas, and as crowded as the bar at half time at the footy. It's standing room only most times I've been in the Dubai lounge since Skywards came in.

God only knows what the real Business Class passengers think.
