Elite Jets / Empire Aviation / Gulf Jet

Can someone please give me any information an these companies in Dubai:

Elite Jets

Empire Aviation

Gulf Jet

I am looking for good and bad things about these companies; Quality of life (days off, terms of employment), aircraft, maintenance, pilots (co-workers), payment on time (or not).

Thank you all for any info.

all very much the same

when the times were good, the quality of life is was good. Mtce was always (sic) done on time, and salary was almost on schedule.

The paper chain was / is long and payment for anything out of the normal took / and still takes a long time.

In general there is a freeze on recruitment, this is actually causing more problems than it solves, companies are unable to accept flights, as they have NO crew available.

For some reason the training slots in UAE are all full, so OPC LPC are being delaiyed accordingly. The policy of last minute booking your training for the local operators has back fired, and is not costing them loads a money.

Moto Moto: I suggest you check the other threads, and do your research there. It is always between the lines, so perhaps not so obvious, but it is all there.

regards iwo

You can't really say that. GulfJet is over and had the worst management I've ever seen. Elite seems much more serious and at least has experienced people on top, now I'm not sure they are making money. For Horizon I don't know, these guys always had a very arrogant attitude and I never could figure out what was behind.

wot about Empire

and Infinity.

I have great faith in Elite, as they rose from Empire, and took the good guys.

No details re Infinity, but they are in desperate need of post holders.

I might apply...I fly G3 and G4.

Yes, Beebop is correct concerning management in Empire.

I believe that for most fleets in Empire a commuting schedule is not available. Having said that, most of them are managed aircraft and it really depends on what the the owner is willing to pay for I guess. They have G4 (G3?), Legacy, Challenger 604, two Hawker 800 and a F900 as far as I know.

Gulf Jet is no Prestige Jet. Why all people keep to say that. The 2 operator was together in before but no more. Gulf Jet is closed for no having money and bad managment and stealing. But Prestige Jet is good company to work there. Prestige Jet is no closing because of stealing or not having money. We has over 200 million in the banks and we is continue to get biger. We geting more aircraft and open more Prestige Jet all the world.

Doest say that prestige Jet is Gulf Jet, because we no... That give bad repution for Prestige Jet to be say that we is Gulf Jet. No more longer with them. We operate only airplanes that is us. No leased like them, they do not pay bills and have airplanes to come back for them.

With all due respect TAYAR, you really have some serious issues. Talking like that shows you really have problems. From what everyone has read and heard on these forums, Prestige Jet is not the jewel of the block, by all means, this company has a lot of financial problems at the moment. Lack of payment to pilots, vendors, airplane leases. Makes you wonder how long Prestige will be in business. But nonetheless, you have some problems. I bet you also have a level 6 on your certificate as all of Prestige Jet's pilots.

Tayar, proudly claiming that Prestige is a good operator because it owns its fleet only shows that you don't know how an operator is supposed to earn money.

I understand you're not happy with relating Prestige to Gulfjet, but please, elaborate on what Prestige did to avoid the same mistakes? (to start explain me how the managers were screened).

It's too bad that the General Aviation (GAME) exhibition as been postponed in Dubai, we will all miss the opportunity to pay $800/day to attend a workshop presented by the ex Gulfjet's champion...

If you ever want to work with any of these companies, go for Empire or Elite-Jets. They treat everyone really well and are very serious in doing business.
You will be happy ! Guaranteed
No cheating or stealing.
Concerning Gulfjet and Prestige Jet, worse companies you can ever wish to work for. You will regret it. Very unprofessional in dealing with both employees and customers. Of course there is always 1 or 2 uneducated guys that like to be treated like slaves and worse they will kiss A** to Mgmt. You will find a lot of that in this part of the world.

Tayar please don't post any more unless you get more than a level 3 next time. Your really embarrassing Prestige jet employees. LOL

Air runner, you is full of rubish saying about Prestige is worse company. We is no unprofesional, we treat customers very good. They come back to more flights. Why? Because we treat well and offer best service. We have well mantenance and good crews. Very Professional pilots who come because Prestige is the best and is know it.

Dont talk rubusih about mantenance deparment. We have good man working there. Very inteligent and knowledge. Who studiy for long hours to pass test with cesna, chalenger, and others. We have company toi fix other aircraft and many companies come for us. WHy? Because we have reputation. Because we have talent. So dont come with Rubish about Gulf Jet being Prestige Jet.

Everyone is screen at Prestige Jet, that why no all come in. Not all who want come in. They have process. Only good and qalified pilto come in. Ass well for mantenance, we only have best industry. So dont say rubish. OK?

The 3

Of all 3 Elite seems to be the one .. correct me if I'm wrong but I heard that they have links with Jet-Aviation ... not bad for a starting company.
Met a few of them and seem to be up to standards and better.
Tayar ... get a life ... well get a level 4 before, may be you will get "A" life.

Keep it safe ..

Well a Gulfjet 50% shareholder also owns a big stake of Jet Aviation Dubai... it didn't really help. Anyway I confirm the same good feeling regarding Elite. Looks serious and professional but I think they are also suffering from the lack of activities.

Elite and Empire have GIV's but no V/450/550's? Not being a snob, just have a lot of time on the others and very little in the IV.

Thanks in advance.
