Also you may want to add that for both FO and CAPT, suitable candidate must have VIP exp!!!!

it's not the middle east, but you may want to try WASINC recruiters... they are hiring low time 145 drivers for Grand China Express

Yeah they say you only need 1000hrs TT but require an ATPL... which means you need at least 1500TT.. kinda beside the point....

According to the Paramount website they are looking for people with a Indian ATPL only. Where did the info about them taking others come from?

there are a lot of expats ..more like 80% flying on FAA or JAR licence at Paramount...they wish to get Indian ATPL guys but none around that are type rated ...so they end up getting folks with an ICAO licence to fly with special permission called a FATA.
