The issues being raised on this thread refer to allegations of illegal rostering at QR, not BA's ¨holiday camp¨ rostering.

Hope this helps.

OK, if QR is the world's 5-star, then SQ is 6-star.

Notanotherhilton, I'm on to you....
Once again I get very curious about your burning desire- and motives to defend QR in every thread were you can find any criticism of the airline.
Of course you're entitled to your opinion, i just find it so odd and unusual that an ex QR pilot, like you say that you are, wants to put down so much energy and time in debating and defending your previous airline (QR).

10 minutes typing a week, I can handle it. Thanks for the concern Colombo

I'm not defending anything, just giving examples to the QR juice and nuts brigade that many of their issues are replicated in other airlines also. Certainly seems to be a lack of awareness of that fact in QR at the moment.

I think they call it experience

So from a few years experience as a pilot in QR you didnt find that there could be quite a big language-problem with some of the crew, mainly cabin- but also some flightdeck-crew? Hardworking and nice?, yes most of them... experience, assertiveness, comunication-skills, safetyminded?, some, but definitely not all, a problem worth adressing in my view too.

Didnt you notice the extremely tight rosters some of the crew have, mainly CSD/CS, this is NOT comparable to national carriers in Europe in any way.

Can you give me the link to the watchdog investigating QR aswell? Oh I forgot, that only happens outside the ME.

I dont mind when you crack down on the "juice and nutsbrigade" as you call them, but why attacking and trying to silence relevant critisism, by calling us spoiled?
Safety has never been improved by looking away from the truth.
