The reply from AH727 may be very true but until the management join the 21st century there will be very poor future for IA.

Its all very well ordering and getting new a/c but unless they, for example
go to booking on line
introduce e tickets
smarten up all the staff
care for the customers who, after pay the wages
and fly when they say they are going to fly -

they will just continue where they left off in the mid eighties and that wasn't a very good experience even then!

Who is going to fly those airplanes, if they don't accept to certify the FAA licenses in Iraq?

They are going to face a real problem after receiving their huge orders of modern jet airplanes with not qualifying (training) pilots to fly those airplanes.

They think that the FAA pilots are on a law level of training even if the pilot has 1000 hour on type. They will have a bad future as they stay on this bad management.

Stay Away my friend.

An order for 50 aircraft? Inshallah! Christ mate, I would say they should concentrate on getting frickin' water and electricity before 50 jets. I'm no interior minister, but damn...you would think the priorities would be a bit different.
