Female Pilot Emirates/Etihad

Hello,
a friend of mine is interested in a first officer position at Emirates or Etihad. She was wondering if her gender could be detrimental at her getting an interview.
I think not but am not sure.
Are there any female pilots at Emirates or Etihad?
