Female Pilot Emirates/Etihad

Hello,
a friend of mine is interested in a first officer position at Emirates or Etihad. She was wondering if her gender could be detrimental at her getting an interview.
I think not but am not sure.
Are there any female pilots at Emirates or Etihad?

For others that don't know the answer .... Yes, Emirates and Etihad both employ female pilots
