I have 2000TT 1500 multi turbine rated ATR FAA CPL IR w written ATP.
Is that enough ?
The application procedure is very long and I don't know their minimums...

Problems!!!??
The problems in this so called Company run much deeper than just their website.
Not being able to get through to them at this stage may just be your saving grace.

NAS
Within National Air Services you can either join:
Nasair = LCC
Al Khayala = Executive Class Airline
Aircraft Management = Flying BBJ/G300 Private Flying
All above based in Riyadh.
There is also Netjets Middle East based in Jeddah which comes under the NAS umbrella but is a completely different entity. Infact it's almost a seperate company.
During my time in Nas the Pilot's and Cabin Crew were fleeted and I believe still are. More so because Nasair was operating with wetlease aircraft only. Now I believe the Nasair aircraft are Dry lease until such a time NAS can find there own Pilots. They have recruited about 50 Tunisian F/A's.
I still have friends there and they are still having many, many problems. Including the Saudi/Expat power struggle to run the Company. Plus contractual issues, whereby written contracts are not being honoured and the excuse given by NAS, 'what is written is a mistake!!!!'
The whole Riyadh set up is MISERABLE as is life in Saudi.
AGAIN> I REITERATE>BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY>AVOID IT ALL COST.
