It is pretty sad, not for me, but my partner of bahrain nationality, who studied intensively in new zealand and has his frozen atpls, young enough to do it all, but old enough to do it right, didnt get in
The shame of it....

got a rejection letter yesterday also...
this is sad. Havent heard from anyone as yet that they got selected...dd anyone even get in?? or was this all a joke? :P
did anyone get in??? hellllooooo!!! any idea how many were slected? and wht was the defining criteria bw those in and those who didnt make it? no reasons were given...

dont worry about why we didnt get selected guys, better to move on from something like this than to keep asking questions.put your head down and get through all the hardship.
Instructings always a good way to build up hours or some charter job flying people around.

The funny thing is, people who were accepted will not be bothered to post anything. I can see only posts from people who were rejected. anyway, good luck to everyone!
By the way, I heard 10 people are joining as SOs on the A300, from next month. there s already more than 10 SOs as well on the A330 fleet, who already joined.

qatari001: your not necessarily correct, i am still waiting for a reply, and if it works out to be in my favour then i will keep everyone updated in the hope that it may help them in the near future or may help new applicants when qatar does its next round of S/O recruitment.
TZZ: my friend who was accepted in the last round was neither an indian nor was he a captains son!
