Gulf Air recruitment

I just want to know why gulf air has no pilot recruitment manager at the moment and who is incharge of direct entry at the moment and when is the next abinitio assesments.There are few Bahraini Nationals with CPL/MEIR and frozen ATPL just waiting so what is the solution.

Capt Ali Al Aufi was flight eng than he become a pilot with tristar phase out.......he was a330 captain , but now medically grounded as far as i know.......
