Middle East hiring minimums

Question for my fellow pilots in the Middle East.

Does Gulfair, Emirates, Qatar, Etihad hire pilots at their posted minimums (company website), or way above, maybe bellow?

I am currently flying in the U.S. (I am French) and looking at maybe jump ship within the next two years.
