EK female pilots

Now I know that many people have stated that EK do not employ any female pilots, but a few days ago there was actually a female first officer on a flight from BHX to DXB. I work at BHX, and until then had never seen a female EK pilot and never intended to see one at least in the short term.

I take it EK are now employing female pilots.

I heard they now have 1 Captain and 3 F/O's.

We have had female FO's for the past year to 18 months. I think there were 7'ish at the last count. Almost certain that there are no Captains

All the girls are FOs. Commands with come in 2-3 years.

I know there are 5 for sure, but could be more.

Even EY has 3 in various stages of training and 1 of those already out doing the work.

Currently 6 are flying, I think one of them is Captain. I've flown with 2 of them already.
And if i am not wrong, I have seen a local lady at the Training College doing her cadet programme.
