Emirates: Who's resigning vs Who's joining
Can any informed Emirates pilots tell us what the rate of pilots resigning is vs the rate of pilots being employed? Most importantly, who is resigning and who is being hired (Captains, FO's). Is Emirates hiring pilots faster than they are leaving.
Lastly, do Emirates, Etihad and Qatar have cadet schemes and where do their cadets train? Are they going to adopt the MPL?

I'm not informed
but obviously far more are joining then resigning. I don't know the rate. Both Captains (very, very few) and FOs are being recruited.
Emirates have a cadet scheme and a fair number of guys are being recruited within that scheme. It is for UAE nationals only. They train in Australia up to ATPL.
From what I know about it, I sincerely hope that the MPL will not be adopted.
