What's the average monthly per diem for cabin crew at EY? How many trips and how many days off at base do you get? Is there a possibility to request/swap flights?

Basic about 3000 Dihrams
Per Duty Day Pay 210 per Day (average) 22 days
Layover allowance, ranging from 12-18 Dihram oer hour during layover.
Typically, montly: AED8500-10000
