An interesting increase in the number of people offering money for swaps.

Why, and can you not see where this leads?

Simple really, we now get paid flight pay ( albiet not much) but if you swap then the company will not give the flight pay to the guy who does that flying you only get what was rostered, so it seems only fair that you should give the guy the money who does the work.

I do agree. Give him the money for the difference in flight time, but nothing more.
