I've got invited to a 15-minute Skype interview, after the online tests which i've done last week. This is my second application and i hadn't been called for one, six months ago. Any suggestions?

I have received the link for the aptitude test, what website do you recommend for the training, or the examples that they provide in the test is enough.

My honest advice is not to spend too much time and money to prepare for the online tests. Just be sure to fully understand the principle that stands behind the verbal reasoning and critical thinking ones. The examples provided, although very very very simple, should be enough.

I've heard of many guys that bought study packages online, yet some of them had not passed the psychometric screening.

I agree with Papagolf; but just a heads-up i'd like to give: The sentences in the critical thinking module tend to be longer in the real test than the ones in the exercises. Just try to catch the "all"s,"some"s and the "none"s.

In the inductive reasoning module, the series of symbols have two or three attributes. What i could observe were like these:

1) Black-white repetitions
2) Countable series (like one dot, two dots, three dots and so on...)
3) Rotating symbols.

All series have at least two of these attributes changing according to their own sequences. If you catch these sequences one by one, you can eliminate the false answers below the question. Hope my english was enough to explain though... 8]

As said before, neither of the tests is that hard when you catch the logic behind the questions.

Just had it today, no big deal. They just want to hear your english. Lasted about 12 mins.

I think they still have the normal interview when at the assessment in Doha.
The online one is probably just a screening so that they don't spend money and sim capacity if you won't make it for reasons such as not speaking english well enough.

Oh, ofcourse there is the real interview in Doha, waiting. The interviewer told me that i was gonna be called to Doha (even mensioned me that the tickets and the hotel would be provided) and also briefly stated the next steps there (the presentation, 50-question knowledge test, the panel interview and the sim).

Hi guys,

Qatar has asked me for a letter confirming my ATPL passes, i've sent my ATPL course completion certificate and also my ATPL exams results, but they insist in a letter from the UK CAA. I've emailed the CAA asking for one, but the reply was that it'll take 18 days to look at my email.

Does anyone know if they issue this letter?

How long after finishing the psychometric test will they send the skype invitation and how much time they give you for doing the skype interview , do you have to choose from specific dates or what exactly
