Conflict? - what conflict?

It is unbelievable that a director of a company then gets this company to award another company (of which he is CEO) a lucrative contract.

How has the Board managed to screw up so badly?

1) Interfering chairman who has no commercial experience

2) Announcement re jobs that meant loads of expats left

3) A high profile investigation into MK that has led nowhere and proved nothing

4) Appointment to the board of someone whose other company is awarded valuable contracts with GF

5) An interfering board that meant the CEO could not act as a CEO should but was constrained and impeded
