Question EK Sim Instructors

Just wondering if EK requires their Sim Instructors to hold a Class 1 medical?

The on line application seems to be for pilot positions as well as instructors and as such will not let you pass go if you tick the "no" box regarding the medical!

Would also appreciate any other info about Sim Instructing with EK, conditions etc.

Thanks in anticipation.

No. We have several ex Captains working as Sim instructors who retired on both medical and or age grounds. Contact EK recruiting and let them know about the problem. Or just lie, fill in the form and tell then them when they contact you.
Goodluck.
