Grrr

As I said on an earlier post a bunch of consumate amateurs.

First we had Hogans smoke and mirrors style of management now we have the
Dose slash and burn school.

God help us, if not perhaps another airline will.

Typical of a travel agent to blame GF; if a passenger booked through an agent it is the agents responsibility to tell the passenger - not GF! Unless the passenger booked direct with GF (which is not the case here) GF advises the agents only and that is automatic upon completion of the schedule change process in the appropriate booking systems. This is normal course of action, and particularly at this time of year during the transition from winter to summer schedules.

Icarus, I agree with most of what u said. But in this case, I think they were complaining about the schedule revamp that is going to start on Jul 1st and not the winter/summer transition. If I am not mistaken, a lot of airlines start their regular 'summer' schedules at end of March/beginning of April.
