Aims never updated in a timely manner, Easy thats not so easy, Mygulfair that never functions properly, Oracle that's not accessible from home, online Stafftravel that doesn't work unless you join the queue at HQ???? My understanding is that IT are not generally responsible for the 'useability' of a particular system - that is the business units responsibility. As for access, similarly, the business owner of the application is responsible for defining the access requirements. IT deliver based upon departmental requirements.

May I suggest:
AIMS - talk to crewing, they own it and update it.
EASY - talk to HR
Intranet - talk to Marketing
